Gorgeous views of the mountains and comfortable rooms with great heating really made for a cozy Christmas vacation. The breakfast was delicious and featured local products that were a real treat. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to provide us with fresh milk and warm cereal for our toddler. The location was convenient for skiing or sledding with the kids and having a car made it easy to get around.

The soundproofing in the rooms was a bit weak, and we were able to hear our neighbors quite often. These were minor issues, but they detracted a bit from the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with not a single dirty spot to be found. The hotel facilities were great, including a spacious and comfortable dining area, and a kid's play area that our little ones loved. The free parking was also very convenient for us. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as it was close to many attraction points, right next to a river, and provided breathtaking views of the mountains. Lastly, the staff were amazing, welcoming us warmly and going out of their way to make our stay memorable.
